Complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Transit times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Packaging

Every fixture is packed in a custom wooden crate with foam-lined interior protection, designed for fragile stone, crystal, and glass components.

Duties & Taxes

All applicable duties and taxes are covered by us. You will not be charged any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours of placing your order: cancellation is free of charge.
After 24 hours, if not yet in production or shipped: a 30% cancellation fee applies.
Once shipped: orders cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer crate is damaged, note it with the carrier and photograph the damage before opening. Contact us within 48 hours at info@fiorechandelier.com.
