1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all components included.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@fiorechandelier.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization from our team.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or modified fixtures
- Items that have been installed or show signs of use
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items not in original packaging
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your fixture arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.
8. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size, finish, or model, contact us and we will assist with the process. Exchange shipping for standard catalog items is complimentary.
9. Warranty
All FioreChandelier fixtures come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
